No. Explain the issue in your own words — what you’re seeing and how it affects you. Part of the work is translating that into a clear diagnosis and next step.
Not always. Many software, account, and configuration issues can be handled remotely at $75/hour. Wi-Fi coverage, hardware, and new device setups are usually better as onsite visits at $150/hour.
Remote support is $75 CAD per hour and onsite visits are $150 CAD per hour, each with a one-hour minimum. You’ll know the rate before support starts.
Call or text with a short description of the problem. You’ll get a clear conversation about what it needs and whether remote or onsite support fits best.
