Do you offer monthly IT support plans?
No. Business technology setup is one-time work, billed by the hour or by quote. When the job is done, you're not locked into anything.
How much does Microsoft 365 setup cost?
Setup is billed at $75/hr remote or $150/hr onsite, with a one-hour minimum. Larger moves get a written quote first. Licences are bought in your business’s name, so you pay Microsoft or Google directly.
Can you set up email on our own domain?
Yes. We connect your domain to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and add the DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) that help your email get delivered.
Can you move our files to OneDrive or Google Drive?
Yes. We move files from old computers, USB drives or shared folders and organize them so your team can find what they need.
Do you come to our office in Calgary?
Yes. Onsite visits in Calgary are $150/hr. Many jobs, like email and accounts, can be done remotely at $75/hr.
