What can you fix remotely?
Slow computers, pop-ups and viruses, Windows 11 upgrades, software, updates, email setup and backups. Hardware, cabling and Wi-Fi coverage work usually needs an onsite visit instead.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Both remote and onsite support have a one-hour minimum.
What should I have ready before I contact you?
The exact error message if there is one, when the issue began, what changed just before it started, and which devices are affected. A photo of the screen can help.
Can you upgrade my computer to Windows 11?
Yes. We check whether your PC meets Windows 11's requirements, back up your files and handle the upgrade, remotely or onsite. If your PC can't run Windows 11, we'll help you choose and set up a replacement.
